SLEEP SERIES Session 2

Denise will guide you through a sequence of simple techniques for the mind, body and breath to help you fall asleep and fall back to sleep if you wake up in the middle of the night.

Session 2 techniques include ‘Legs on the Wall’ and a Belly Breathing Exercise. Also Included is SLEEP SERIES Session 2 Guide.

Techniques were inspired by Denise’s bodywork, underwater rugby and free-diving experiences. These techniques brought her out of insomnia to sleeping through the night and even on red eye flights. Her hope is that these videos can bring you peaceful nights’ sleep and more ease in your days by learning to unwind anytime.
